President Theodore Roosevelt wrote a Roosevelt Corollary to the Monroe Doctrine in 1904. It basically states about The United States coming into the events and conflicts between European countries and Latin America.
THE MONROE DOCTRINE-
The U.S. introduced the Monroe Doctrine policy of December 2, 1823. The Europe nation wanted to colonize some lands and wanted to interfere with the north and south area of America. This was issued during the time when Latin America colonies had achieved independence from Spanish empire.
