League of Nations

The League of Nations is an organization that was created after the end of World War I. The purpose of this organization was to ensure that another world war would not break out again. The League of Nations was started in Geneva, Switzerland because it was a neutral country during the war. If a dispute were to occur, the league could do three things, which were calling on the countries in dispute and get them to orderly discuss the issue, warn an agressor nation to leave another country's territories, or introduce physical action such as military force to get them out.
