Peace Conference at Versailles

In January 1919 in Versailles, France, the Versailles Peace Conference (also known as Paris Peace Conference) was marked as the official World War I ending, or the Great War. There were over 30 leaders from different nations but the negotiations were mainly led by the United States, Great Britain, France and Italy, or "the Big Four." The conference was to discuss among the allied powers what they wanted to do with the central powers that lost the war.
