The American Revolution (1775-83) is also known as the American Revolutionary War and the U.S. War of Independence (History) The American Revolution consisted of a lot of events like the signing of the treaty of Paris that happened on February 10 in 1763, the proclamation on October 7 in 1763, Sugar Act on April 5 in 1764, and many more. Most of the events occurred in 1760's.
