Obama Addresses Muslim World Via Arabic satellite TV
Obama wanted to sit down with Al-Arabiya the Dubai Arabic language channel which serves the Muslim world in countries such as the Middle East, Asia and etc. Obama also wanted to explain to the Muslim world that the Americans are not their enemies, he told them that Palestinian and Israel should resume their peace negotiations. Obama made vows to improve the ties and or relationship with the Muslim world. Obama praised the Saudi king Abdulla for the peace plan that was put forth to adopt a more extensive and regional approach to strengthen the relationship between us and the Muslim world. This topic is related to the U.S. foreign policy because Obama is trying to find a way to make an amends with the Muslim world because of past events that change the perspective of how the Muslim world view America.
