The Korean War was between the North Korea and the South Korea. The war began when the North Koreans were caught spying on South territory. The war was a United Nations force led by the United States of America. The war went for about almost two year, 1951-1953. The fighting ended in July 27, 1953. The United States' relationship with the Soviet Union effectively postponed opening diplomatic relationship with the Communist china for 20 years.
