Woodrow Wilson's 14 Points
Woodrow Wilson gave a speech to Congress on January 18 of the year 1918 that outlined his proposed 14 points for peace and the end of World War I. This topic relates to foreign policy because with these points, Wilson introduced general ideas that he expected the world to live up to in conducting foreign policy. Wilson wanted long lasting peace for the world and for WWI to be "the end to all wars."
