Pamela Zave reported that she had a visit from her cousins and their step-daughter from Wisconsin. They had a lovely time.
Sam Edelston played last week at FabFest Charlotte, a big Beatles festival in North Carolina. In the main concert, he played "Lucy in the Sky With Diamonds", and it went over great. On Friday, September 2, Ro-z (his eldest) will be lighting a concert by the Queen tribute band, Almost Queen, at the Stone Pony Summer Stage in Asbury Park. The last time they played there, they broke the attendance record.
Mark Schaffer's daughter and her wife moved to Rockaway. They gave birth to their fifth grandson, so they will have free babysitting. He purchased a new guitar and a new electric car this week. Robin and he attended a week of workshops in North Carolina with Cliff Eberhardt, David Wilcox, Janis Ian and Tom Paxton. At the open stage, with about 100 people in attendance, he played "The Sheriff's Wife" which Tom said he "loved-loved".
Elizabeth Lachowicz sent regards from her son Thomas who is back in Japan for the remainder of his tour. She is happy to be back in New Jersey and is planning a business trip to Nashville.
