Subject: Tuesday's Music Blackout
Dear Board,
Cliff Eberhardt called regarding tomorrow’s music blackout by the entire music industry.
https://www.rollingstone.com/pro/features/music-business-blackout-tuesday-1008685/
Cliff will not be performing music tomorrow. However, from 7:00 to 8:00 he will be online to discuss his feelings on current issues and anything else his fans would like to discuss, events, music or otherwise. Cliff will be taking questions and discussing comments from people in the chat box.
This Wednesday, June 3rd, from 8:00 to 9:00 Cliff will perform his concert online - same link as Tuesday.
Cliff spoke quite eloquently about his fans and their need to stay connected at this time. He mentioned one woman’s email about needing the concert because her cousin died from COVID, her father has it, and her son was beat up yesterday by the police at a Black Lives Matter rally in Brooklyn. I am looking forward to tomorrow’s conversation.
We’ll inform the community and the public. I’ll start on that with the Team tomorrow morning, but feel free to call.
Mark
