Yolanda Fundora and Pamela Zave hosted the holiday party in December 2019. They still have a pair of glasses that were left after the party. If anyone wants them, please contact pamela.zave@folkproject.org. Pamela Zave was also proud to announce that she has recently provided a blood donation to reach a 10 gallon lifetime total.

Mark reported that he and Robin and their youngest daughter, Skyler, drove to Denver to visit their their grandson Xander, and the big people he lives with. He read the book that he wrote about Xander (with illustrations by Folk Project Treasurer and good friend Peggy Karr whom he thanked) to Xander who thoroughly enjoyed it.

Peggy Karr reported that she took her dogs for two walks on 4/13 rather than the normal one, due to rain on previous days .She also expressed her sadness that Allen Bases had passed away.

Mike Agranoff described the post vaccination activities including a walk with Amy Livingston and Brian Hudson and a visit by his brother from Massachusetts. He also had his first indoor meal in a restaurant in over a year. He also announced that on the 4/25 he is performing a concert for the New England Folk Festival entitled "Ballads; Stories Told and Sung" including some of his recitations and songs.

Evelyn Maurer, after a 15 month separation got to see her sister and brother-in-law and spend several days with them. She also got her first Covid shot. She also added that Allen Bases' wife Miriam had also passed away.

George Otto has been unable to visit his mother in her nursing home due to recurring infections at the home. He is looking forward to visiting her once the home is free of infections.

Todd Dennison got to celebrate his granddaughter's, daughter's and son's birthdays in DC. He also got to visit his mother who will turn 90 next week. He also got to do lawn work with Annie, which he does not recommend (the lawn work, not Annie).

Gary Pratt reported that he and Joyce were on a list of vulnerable individuals and were expecting an in-home visit to be vaccinated. However, due to staffing problems and since the Johnson & Johnson vaccine is the only one that can be administered in-home, and it has been temporarily paused, he does not expect to be vaccinated any time soon.

Sandie Reilly reported that she is spending her time coaching children in riding bikes and additionally working with non-verbal autistic children and it is going really well.

Elizabeth Lachowicz was happy to report that she had a visit with Mark and Robin Schaffer, She and her sister attended the immersive Van Gogh exhibit which she described as an incredible experience and that the exhibit was very well done. She also reported that the exhibit supported social distancing. Additionally, she got her first Covid shot due to her sister's political connections.
