I think we turned a proft in 2011 or at least came close to breaking even. Rachel's report should reflect the exact figures. At the end of the year we had an influx of 4 new officially trained volunteer staff join us, a very welcome development as some of our other volunteers have dropped out or seem to be phasing out their involvement.
