Hello Everyone,

Not much to report. Karen (Our Bookkeeper) and I are still working out bugs and moving donations to where they need to be. We are also combining and reducing our class list in Quickbooks so we can move to the less expensive version saving us between $800-$1000. Our renewal date is January 16th and we still have about 40 classes to reorganize. Rest assured we have not lost any data.

Attached is our Profit and Loss by class.

PLEASE NOTE THE REPORT IS YEAR-TO-DATE THROUGH OCTOBER ONLY. Since our meetings are the first Tuesday it is hard to get all the data in and checked before the meeting so we will always be one month behind. If anyone has any problems or needs certain information I will be happy to get it for you. Karen works on our account in batches and does not look at everything daily.

Leigh just sent in a lot of information for Swingin' Tern so next meeting we will have up-to-date information for them in the report.

Mark Schaffer also sent in all his expenses for Special Events which you will also see in the next meeting report.

Both of the above reports will lower our overall look of being profitable. Now that we are more operational I will do my best to make sure people get their financial information to Karen so we can have a current and accurate Profit & Loss Statement.
