I will be unable to attend the Meeting tonight (Tuesday Sept 4).

I have nothing of note to report except would like to offer a reminder of information collecting for renewals.

PayPal and Mail-in renewals are typically fine and I usually get enough information to process. But, at Minstrel or other times when people renew informally, I get limited information. In some cases a Name and payment could not be confirmed. Just being told someone renewed without knowing how much they paid, in what form payment was made or when they paid is an issue. I request at a minimum:

• Name

• Address - if not mailing address an email address. Some people only want to provide email address if E-news person.

• How they paid - cash, check…

• Amount Paid.

• When they paid.

If able: phone number, cell number, and if a musician/singer/storyteller...

If they just want all info as expiring for a renewal - not a problem, just say so and the payment can be processed.
