Internal Affairs Report

Hello everyone. Nice Getaway, wasn't it?!

The May Evening of Music was held at the Highland Park home of Amy Livingston and Brian Hudson. It was lightly attended comparatively, but a very nice mix of music sharing. Smaller circles mean that everyone's turn comes around more often and there is certainly a benefit to that.

The June evening of music will be hosted by myself and Mike DelVecchio at Mario's pizza restaurant in Randolph. We had success with this experiment in 2013 (albeit with a couple of minor yet repairable bugs) and we are hopeful that everything will run even more smoothly this time.

The July Evening of Music will be at the Whitehouse home of Marie Trontell and Jay Wilensky.

Regarding the announcement about "Another Bonus Evening of Music" in the June newsletter, I emphatically applaud the newlywed couple's offer to keep the tradition going at least for one more month. However, I would like the Board to be aware that I was not at all involved in the arrangement of this gathering and it is not my intention to continue the Bonus Evening of Music schedule under the Internal Affairs Committee at this time. As such, I will not be including any similarly scheduled gatherings in my monthly reports going forward.

Respectfully submitted,
