Minstrel Staffing

I had a quick meeting last week with the volunteers, and read them the current documentation for their positions. There were a few minor corrections by some of the volunteers, but most said it described their duties fairly well. I will be making the corrections this month.

I also asked for volunteers to sign up by Tuesday each week if possible, so we can predict better how many volunteers there will be for the acts. Additionally I told them they could sign up for future events if they wanted to, but they are responsible for being there..

I intend to have more of these meetings in the future just to keep volunteers abreast of what's going on.

As for the Board meeting, I have a prior engagement so I won't be attending this month. Also my health isn't 100% yet, but coming along. I feel a lot better today than I did two weeks ago.
