Minstrel Staffing

During the month of February, I was able to meet with about 10 of the volunteers that were there for two of the shows. I especially met with the Kitchen staff to discuss setup and cleanup of the Kitchen for the shows. I also discussed the fact that if a volunteer can't make it for the show, they should call Head Staff and text the Volunteer chair to attest to that. So far we only had one no-show and they called me so at least they complied.

Secondly, I took a look at the FP Volunteer documentation, and discussed Kitchen and Sound with the respective volunteers, making some corrections based on their comments. I also corrected thee volunteer reporting times in the various documents. Hopefully they are all correct now. There is a copy of the manual for the Head Sound to reference in the bin, and 6 extra copies of each page stapled together by position in an envelope marked "Volunteer Manual" so p9eople can grab a copy of they aren't sure what to do.

I plan to fine-tune everything in the coming months, especially what to do for a Special Show.
