Here's my draft article concerning the name change. I haven't read the discussion since noon, so I've missed any enlightenment there. My only editorial comment is that this seems to me to be a very serious and sensitive subject that should be treated as such.
Marie and I will be leaving for Maui in a few days, and my focus will be on sea turtles and Longboard Lager. So, I'll lob this out with no pride of ownership, and drop out here.

Please keep in mind that, as written, no one is going to believe this article, at least as first. This is because the next issue of the newsletter is the April issue, and most readers will take this as an April Fool's joke.
Mike started out his article by clearly warning the reader this was not the case. I recommend this article do the same.
