Hi Jay,

I noticed a few discrepancies on the chart, so I took the liberty of revising it. For one thing, the header says that you are Deborah Graham and that this is 2016. For another thing, the Archives Committee is missing.

I've attached my revision and will bring copies if you choose to use it tonight. Please note that I'm very busy at work and may have missed something - please proofread.
