We taped no shows in Aug since the studio was closed for Cablevision staff vacations. We then learned that they will be closing the studio permanently as of Oct. 1. The only alternative they offered was the Newark studio which closes at 7:00 PM, which means most of our volunteers can't make it. We're scouting around for a way to continue producing the series. I have left a message for Parsippany's Video-on--the-Go, where HSNOI was born and we produced the frst 54 episodes. They are located in Parsippany HS so I wasn't expecting to talk with them until Sept. I think they have a full modern studio.. We did get permission to use Mendham TV's studio and to store our scenery there, but they have very limited equipment. Wewould probably have to invest $5000 or more in equipment to supplement what they have into a 3-camera studio. Sandie said she has been working on a plan as well, but the exact nature of it is a secret.
