Subject: Final 2019 Nominations Slate
All - I hope everyone had a happy and joyous Thanksgiving and is keeping warm as we head into the weekend.
Please find attached the final 2019 Nominations Slate as ratified by the Board at the 11/13/18 Board meeting and modified according to the "agreed to" minor changes that the Board approved. [Wikimaster Note: The PDF is the final version, the Word doc came in with the original report.]
Please note that due to some mixed signals prior to the Newsletter publication deadline, the version of the Nominations Slate that was published the Newsletter is slightly different, but the attached version will control for purposes of the Board elections at the Annual Meeting on December 4th.
Please remember to send me your RSVPs for the Annual Meeting dinner as soon as possible if you have not done so already.
NOTE: Any current Directors who are unable to attend the Annual Meeting must forward to me a completed written proxy (using the attached form) so that we have everyone's vote or official abstention on the proposed Bylaws Amendment removing the requirement that the President be a Trustee.
I look forward to seeing everyone on the 4th!
Best regards,
Steven Humphreys

Subject: Nomcom Report to Board (November, 2019)
Dear Board:
As Nomcom chair, I'm pleased to provide the following list of recommendations for elected officers and trustees, as well as of non-elective positions.
The current and proposed new office-holders are listed in the attached table, which was graciously prepared (with a few modifications by me) by Mike Agranoff.
The new recommended officers and trustees are:
President-Paul Fisher
Vice President-Jay Wilensky
Secretary-Jean Scully
Trustees through 2021: Todd Dennison, Lois DeRitter
Trustee through 2020: Bob McNally
The new committee chairs are:
Community Services- Lois DeRitter*
Membership-Gary Pratt
Event Hosting-Jay Wilensky
Publicity/Web-Elly Faden
Non-voting Committee chairs:
Electronic Communications-Lisa Hallman
Membership Show Coordinator-Elizabeth Lachowicz
MUF Coordinator-Mike Agranoff
*Re Community Services, it's my understanding that Lois DeRitter will fill the chair, but that the work will be done by Pat Brangs until a replacement can be found for Pat, preferably in very early 2019.
Finally, please note that Steve Humphreys will be resigning from the Board, as well as finishing his term as President. It seems to be an appropriate occasion to recognize how hard and well Steve has worked for all of us (cue applause).
Onward!
Submitted in the spirit of the Project,
Jay Wilensky
