I regret I am unable to attend tonight's board meeting as I have a rehearsal tonight. I want to thank everyone for getting the submissions in to Liz on time as you all did this month. I appreciate the hard work, co-operation and teamwork that you have all put forth for the good of our Folk Project. And I especially appreciate Liz for all her hard work and dedication. I know, next month everyone will expend their energies in an effort to get everything to Liz on time, and I thank you all in advance for that. I also want to thank Joann Cronin, who filled in for Joe Petraitis, who for the last so many months has been helping me prepare the newsletters for mailing. We mailed out 301 newsletters this month, two less than the previous month. I had 400 copies printed up. I will be bringing a supply to the Minstrel on Friday.
We did well for printing costs this month. We got 20% off plus I used the coupons from this month's awards. This lowered the printing cost from $332.60 to $171.10 for a savings of $161.50. That's not such a bad savings for the printing. It was the same as last month. The postage costs came to $132.00 for 300 Stamps. I still had some left over from last month, so was able to get them all out. I look forward to seeing you all soon.
