This past month the E-Communications committee made some revisions to the Minstrel-Gram because the Minstrel start time changed to 7:45 and some of the Special Concerts are keeping the 8:00 start time. Both the upcoming Minstrel concerts and the Special Concerts are listed on the Minstrel-Gram.
Pam has decided to make greater use of the webpage that you can generate in Constant Contact when you set up an event. I made extensive changes to the Special Concerts page on our website and the Special Concerts editing tool so that we could better accommodate the CC generated webpage.
We sent out emails about the earlier start time for the Minstrel and to remind people to sign up for the Birthday show. There was also an email correcting an error in the newsletter with regard to Mike Agranoff's house concert at Tim and Nancy's home.
I am currently working on switching our Constant Contact account to a new billing system which should save us a small amount of money (about $84 a year)and save us from having to pay extra fees when we have a large number of events open at one time.
We have 4292 contacts, up from 4270 in June.
