Financial Committee

Hi, folks.

The attached document contains the financial motions that I plan to make at the Board meeting next week. They are somewhat different than the ones that I made last month that were tabled. The difference is that last month I moved that we assess insurance and G&A to all of our venues. The new motions propose to assess insurance to each venue and G&A to all venues with the exception of the Getaway.

In the interest of shortening the discussion, I hope you will look this document over before the Board meeting. If you have any questions about the motions I would be happy to answer them ahead of time. I will be unavailable this weekend, but please feel free to contact me on Sunday night, Monday or Tuesday.
