Apologies for late report. Was away all weekend, and didn't get Dec. 30 figures until today
December, as usual was an abbreviated schedule, with only one "regular" concert, plus an Open Stage and Chorus Song Night. The Chorus Song night, despite its star attraction of Bill Staines, only drew 46 paid, vs 67 last year. However, the unusual Thursday night show with Crowfoot on the 30th did better than expected with 94 paid. The openers that night were the Cotillion Singers. I would like to make that a tradition for the show between Christmas and New Years if they are willing. We lost $324 on the month, but netted a healthy $2385 for all of 2010.
New bookings made in December: Reeds, Rhythm, and All That Brass, a 16 piece big-band including FP members Jeff Rantzer and Jay Wilinsky for June 3
Highlights for January: Farewell concert from Mad Agnes this Friday, the 7th.
