On March 4, 2010, the very first bit of Folk Project intellectual property was submitted to the wiki by Mike Agranoff -- a job description for the Minstrel Program chair. I think it would be a great step forward if we could have these for all our activities, but if we do, I think it would be better if we produced them in a standard format.

An example of what I (at least) think is a good format can be seen in the subpages that follow. I wrote the first one when I was the Treasurer, in 2008, and it was still reasonably accurate in 2019. It's preserved here for historical integrity. I wrote the job description for the Secretary in April 2010, and the Minstrel Program Chair job description was recast in this format in October 2012.

The Treasurer job was later expanded into the Finance Team, comprising five different roles, which are described under the Finance Team heading.
