FESTIVAL

Dear Bard,

Festival registration is moving along adequately. With two and a half weeks left before festival we have 25 openings..

Starting May 1st we opened up a limited number of day passes.

The fest team continues to develop and improve its organization and operations. Our prep team, Elizabeth/Reg, Pat/Volunteer Coordinator, Mike/Sound, now includes Pam as our workshop coordinator.

They manage our on-site team which includes almost one-third of the fest guests doing various tasks, large and small.

It is more than a pleasure and honor to serve with this team.
