ACOUSTIC GETAWAY

Bear Doard,

Getaway plans are going swimmingly.

We opened registration and attendees are filtering in, per our usual pattern.

October is always tougher to fill, but we are planning for another grand success.

The operations team (Elizabeth, Pat, Mike, Laura and ours truly) keep refining our processes, making each Getaway smoother and happier than the one before (for team, staff, volunteers and guests).

Mark and I (and a bunch of other Projectiles) just returned from Falcon Ridge. We came away excited and inspired, with a new list of great talent, new techniques for promotion, and new ideas to make our happening even better. We mostly came away surer than ever that the Project offers a unique and special event that we’re proud to spearhead.

We’re always wrestling with how to best communicate this value.

The Getaway is bringing new people, and more active people, into the community.
