Renewal notices are being sent out to persons with expired memberships. Results are slowly coming in. As of today, 13% of renewal notices sent produced results.

In July, we sent out 114 notices to eNewsletter subscribers whose memberships have expired. In two additional followup notices, we told these people that the August Newsletter was the last they would receive unless they renew their memberships. So far, fourteen of these people have renewed. We will follow up with one more notice about a week before the September newsletter goes out. Those who don't renew will receive a notice telling them that we didn't send their September newsletter, because they didn't renew.

We also sent out 27 renewal notices to Paper Newsletter subscribers whose memberships have expired. So far, five of these people have renewed.

Year-to-date membership revenue is about 30% ahead of 2012.
