Greetings, projectiles -

The usual report is attached.

Beyond what it tells you directly, I can add that we have $18,180 in checking, $54,170 in the Money Market and $280 in Petty Cash. We're also showing $3,470 in the PayPal account. That represents a mix of advance sales at the ~~Minstrel~~ Troubadour and funds collected for the June Days Anniversary project.

My current practice is to leave advance money in the PayPal account until the month a given event occurs. That's simpler than bringing it into a QuickBooks, posting to an advance payment account and moving it to Admissions in a second step

Finally. there's an additional $136,130 in the Vanguard account.
