Subject: Bookkeepers Report
Greetings, folks -
Attached is the report for the six months ending June 30, showing that we are up over $12,000 in the first half. About $5,000 of that represents advance sales for UkeFest, though, so the picture isn't quite that rosy. We have about $19,000 in checking and $18,000 in the Money Market, with another $133,000 in the Vanguard account. We needn't fear the wolf at the door.
You'll see a new category in the report for Admissions (Virtual) which represents Concert Window income. Also remember that we don't pay our insurance until the end of the year, so that's not reflected in these numbers. Last year, I was exporting this report to a spreadsheet and adding an estimated monthly cost, which I can do again if and when we have year-end insurance estimates to allocate. I believe that's still in flux.
Happy to answer questions if I can. And remember, I can create report-only logins for anyone who is interested. Then you could look at this report in a browser and click on any number to see the supporting detail. As an organization, we are as financially transparent as you can get. Although that doesn't matter much if nobody's looking.
Regards,
Chris
