E-communications are rolling along. This past month, in addition to our usual emails we sent out notices about the Michael Smith-Anne Hills house concert and the upcoming Raina Rose house concert.
I have rewritten the Privacy Policy that I submitted last summer to be shorter and friendlier. For your convenience, I've attached a copy. We will discuss it at tonight's meeting.
Bobbie Rosengarten has volunteered to help me with the administration of our Constant Contact account. We had a training session recently and I expect to be putting her to work soon.
As I informed you earlier, the Folk Project has been named a 2012 Constant Contact all Star, an honor which is award to the top 10% of their subscribers. It was good to have CC validate our work.
Some statistics for you:
Total contacts in CC: 3,014
Minstrel-Gram weekly: 1,244
Swingin' Tern: 640

Over the last three months, our email statistics:

(That is, of those who opened our emails, the percent that clicked on a link in the email)
