Subject: Folk Project Membership as of 6/3/19

Folk Project board members,

As of 6/3/19, we have 313 memberships consisting of 459 people, an increase of 31 memberships and 46 people compared to last month.

The above numbers represent a dramatic turnaround, which is a direct result of the renewal letters that were sent out last month. Renewal letters will now be sent out on a bi-monthly basis. Kudos to Deborah Graham and Cecilia Rowedder for their work on this!

Revision of the membership form and work on the Constant Contact and Membership databases are continuing. Current activities include meeting this week with Eddie Roffman and Lisa Hallman. Additionally, we will be talking to all stakeholders that use and/or provide the data to ensure that all Folk Project needs are being met.
