Hello Everyone,

Excellent News... Wells Fargo finally came through on something...

They increased our credit limit on our Business Credit Card from $500 to $10,000.This allows us to have more than one person with a card. Their rules are for every person on the account the minimum limit on that card would be $500. We can put higher limits if there is a need. All the card holders limits added up can't exceed the $10K limit. With the higher limit, potentially more card holders. The two people currently with cards are myself and Michael. Please contact me if you feel it would be a benefit for your Venue and we will explore getting you a card.

At the very least if someone has a purchase they need to make you can contact me and I can easily put it though our New Credit Card. Saves time waiting for a check to the vendor or time waiting for reimbursement. Another benefit to a credit card is paying small recurring bills without having to write a check & send through the mail, all of which takes time and effort.

Karen and I have been continuing to get the books in order. I have attached a P&L General; P&L by Class; plus a simple excel expense report form. There are more classes to view but easier to see all the activities and their profitability at a glance. It is still a work in progress. It is only through September. Since our meeting is so close to the first Karen is still downloading information for October.

Something we have talked about is being more proactive in submitting expense reports with attached receipts. It is hard to reimburse someone if they haven't been consistent with keeping track of receipts and expenses. Trying to recreate and remember things from months ago is problematic. I have attached a simple excel voucher to use when things start getting too complicated.
