1 teaspoon olive oil
1–2 jalapeño peppers, chopped (or substitute with Fresno or habanero for more heat)
10 oz boneless chicken breasts or thighs, chopped
1 teaspoon taco seasoning (or Cajun blend/chili powder)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon chili flakes
½ cup chicken broth (or use beer for added flavor)
8 oz cream cheese
8 oz blue cheese dressing (or Ranch, or sour cream)
½ cup Buffalo sauce
4 oz shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup crumbled blue cheese
