2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/2 cup buffalo sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
1 tablespoon green onions, chopped (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix cream cheese, ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese in a medium bowl until smooth.
Fold in the shredded chicken and blue cheese crumbles (if using). Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer the mixture to a 9×9-inch baking dish.
Top with the remaining shredded cheddar cheese.
