This Easy Buffalo Chicken Dip is a crowd-pleaser perfect for game days, parties, or any casual gathering. It combines shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, and spicy buffalo sauce for a creamy, tangy, and mildly spicy dip that pairs wonderfully with chips, crackers, or veggies. Simple to make and ready in under 30 minutes!
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
8 oz cream cheese (softened)
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce (such as Frank’s RedHot)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Optional: sliced green onions or chives for garnish
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, and buffalo wing sauce until smooth and well blended.
Stir in the shredded chicken and half of the shredded cheddar cheese until evenly combined.
Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese over the top.
Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly and the cheese on top is melted and slightly browned.
Remove from the oven and garnish with sliced green onions or chives if desired. Serve warm with chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
