For the Fritters:
2 cups all purpose flour
½ cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
8 tablespoons cold butter, cut into cubes
1½ cups peeled and chopped apples (about 1 large apple)
¾ cup whole milk
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup powdered sugar
3 tablespoons milk
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
