1 cup all purpose flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda

1 cup coconut cream
1 large egg
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ cup shredded coconut (optional)
