1 cup quick cooking oats
½ cup packed light brown sugar
½ cup honey
½ cup creamy peanut butter
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
½ cup mini M&Ms (plus extra for garnish)
½ cup mini semi sweet chocolate chips (plus extra for drizzle)
Prepare the Pan: Line a 9x9-inch baking dish with parchment paper or foil for easy removal.
Heat Wet Ingredients: In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the peanut butter and honey. Microwave on high for 1 minute, then whisk in the brown sugar until fully dissolved. Stir in the vanilla extract.

Chill: Refrigerate the bars for at least 2 hours to allow them to set.
Slice and Serve: Once set, remove the bars from the pan using the parchment paper or foil. Slice into 12 bars. Optional: Drizzle with melted chocolate and sprinkle with additional M&Ms for garnish.
