2 cups shredded chicken (rotisserie or homemade)
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup buffalo sauce (e.g., Frank's RedHot)
1/4 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
2 large green onions, sliced
2 tablespoons blue cheese crumbles (optional)
Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (180°C). Lightly grease a 1-quart baking dish.
Prepare Chicken: Shred the cooked chicken and set aside.
