These S’mores Brownies are a delicious twist on a boxed brownie mix, layered with the classic campfire combo of graham crackers, mini marshmallows, and Hershey’s chocolate bars. They're super easy to make and bring that gooey, melty s’mores magic to a brownie pan perfectly warm and indulgent!
Full Recipe:
18.3 oz (520 g) box of “family‑size” brownie mix (13×9″ pan)
2 large eggs (follow box directions for "cakey" brownies)
⅓ cup (80 ml) vegetable oil (or as directed on the box)
⅓ cup (80 ml) water (or as directed on the box)
6 graham crackers, broken or cut into bite‑sized pieces
2 cups (90 g) miniature marshmallows
12 snack size Hershey’s Milk Chocolate bars (≈153 g total), broken into squares
Optional substitutions:
Use 2–3 regular-size Hershey’s bars, or about 2 cups (10–12 oz) of chocolate chips instead of snack-size bars.
Preheat your oven to 350 °F (175 °C). Grease a 13×9‑inch baking pan.
Combine the boxed brownie mix with eggs, oil, and water exactly as directed on the box for a "cakey" brownie texture.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out just slightly wet or with a few moist crumbs.
Remove the pan from the oven. Immediately sprinkle the graham cracker pieces and mini marshmallows over the top. Add the chocolate squares on top of that.
Return the pan to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, until the marshmallows puff up and the chocolate begins to melt.
For gooey, warm brownies, cut while they’re still hot spray your knife with cooking spray to prevent sticking and re-spray between cuts. Alternatively, wait for them to cool completely before slicing into 20 pieces (5 rows × 4 columns).
Store leftovers in the pan, tightly covered with plastic wrap or foil, at room temperature for up to 3 days. Note: graham crackers will soften during storage.
