2 cups pancake mix
2 tablespoons sugar
2/3 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 large eggs

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons melted butter
Optional Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
2–3 tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1. Preheat Oven or Prepare Pan:
For baked donuts: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a donut pan.
For fried donuts: Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pan to 350°F (175°C).
2. Make Donut Batter:
In a large bowl, whisk together pancake mix and sugar.
In another bowl, combine milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until smooth.
