2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the mashed bananas, Greek yogurt, melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Mix well.
