Full Recipe:
3 to 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can (10.5 oz) unsalted cream of chicken soup
2 packets (0.87 oz each) chicken gravy mix
½ cup water or chicken broth (optional)
Hot cooked rice, for serving
Prepare the Chicken: Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker. Season with salt and pepper to taste, if desired.
Prepare the Sauce: In a separate bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, chicken gravy mix, and water or chicken broth (if using) until well combined.
