8 large eggs
¼ cup heavy cream
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon butter
1 lb bacon
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 tablespoon ranch dressing mix
1½ oz package Hawaiian rolls (12-count)
Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Prepare the Eggs: In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet over medium heat, pour in the egg mixture, and scramble until fully cooked. Set aside.
Cook the Bacon: In the same skillet, cook the bacon slices over medium-high heat until crispy. Remove and cut each slice into four pieces. Set aside.
Assemble the Sliders: Without separating the rolls, cut the entire loaf horizontally. Place the bottom half in the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese over the bottom rolls. Layer with scrambled eggs, bacon pieces, and the remaining cheese. Place the top buns on top.
Prepare the Ranch Butter: In a small bowl, combine the melted butter and ranch dressing mix. Brush this mixture over the tops of the rolls.
Bake: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and the rolls are golden brown.
