For the Chicken:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup all-purpose flour

½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon paprika

1 large egg
¼ cup milk
1½ cups panko breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons sesame oil (for frying)
For the Sauce:
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup sweet chili sauce
1 tablespoon sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon sesame oil

Prepare the Chicken:
Slice the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
