4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1½ cups chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
4 cloves garlic, minced
1½ teaspoons Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
½ teaspoon paprika
⅓ cup sun dried tomatoes, chopped
½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
10 fresh basil leaves, chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil and melt butter.
Sear the chicken breasts until golden brown on both sides, then set aside.
