Ingredients:
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup chicken broth
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and black pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Directions:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the shrimp to the skillet and season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 2 minutes on each side until the shrimp are pink and cooked through. Remove shrimp and set aside.
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
