1 lb chicken breasts, cooked and shredded (or rotisserie chicken for convenience)
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
½ cup buffalo sauce (Frank’s RedHot recommended)
1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
2 tbsp blue cheese or ranch dressing (for garnish)
Dippers: Fritos Scoops, toasted baguette slices, carrot sticks, celery sticks
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, buffalo sauce, and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until smooth and well combined.
