Ingredients:
225g unsalted butter (softened)
150g caster sugar
150g brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
350g plain flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
300g chocolate chips
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line baking trays with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, caster sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, sift together the plain flour, baking soda, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
